The Brother Se350 Embroidery Sewing Machine Review
The Brother SE350 Computerized Embroidery and sewing machine to be considered a good starter machine for someone just in the wonderful world of machine embroidery.
Having said that I do not mean that it is only minimally able to function, this is not the case. What I am saying is that it is very user friendly.
The machine itself is relatively easy, you can go there with you with minimal effort and does nothave something special in terms of needles or bobbins.
It has been suggested that it is best to PED-Basic software, you buy when you buy the machine because it gives you access to thousands of designs on the Internet have.
By 8000 only a few designs call undervaluation is not the case, there are literally thousands and thousands of designs available.
It has a cut thread function that a particular plus, if you are in something big, like aDuvet cover, curtains, or in fact anything with a large range of material, it would be hard to find sewing to this thread otherwise cut off.
This machine is really excellent for a beginner, the instructions are so simple to understand. The handbook is also a boon to beginners, because it received so many regular sewing tips and hints for the beginner started manufacturing quality products. With a video showing you how to work the embroidery functions, you should be able to very fast start.
Get it all with the machine to get you started, all except fabric. You need to provide that, everything else, what it is to slow down anything.
Another new feature is a button to the machine, this is in addition to the foot pedal. You can either, depending on what you do, the time is appropriate.
If you are into embroidery, monograms and the size letters you need are not included in the> Machine, there is pes files with much larger fonts, you can free or low cost online and you can produce the possibility of letters up to 4 "high.
The best way to start when you get your new machine, if you look to take the time to actually read the manual and the DVD. Then you just start trying the various options might sting a little embroidery. If you are not rushed into things, you get to this particular machine 's know each function.Although you may experience in other Brother machines, you are obliged to find that the various models such as the Brother SE350 can have differences. Treat yourself time to acclimatize.
I think that is the craft used for practice, because you do not need good Stablizers fabric with their use, he is strong enough.
One of the major tasks of the Brother SE350 is that you will be warned if you make a mistake, not only that, but you are, as I said to the update Problem.
One thing that might be a disadvantage is that you are limited to 4 "x 4" size designs.
There is not much room when you arrive on foot or thread, you change the needle by hand. You need to be careful even when you remove the coil cover - it is small and can easily be lost if you have a great sewing job on the go.
The machine would be perfect if it had a scanner.
Sometimes when you try a number of words you may find the embroider> Machine to stop after each letter, but at other times will complete the word is no problem.
The built-in designs are a bit old and should be changed now because I do not think that they are much appeal.
Having said all that, this machine is good value for money and give you hours of fun and satisfaction from the professional-looking results you can produce.

| Review by Roxana C (USA) 2010-07-20 A seemingly small problem, but makes the machine useless. The upper thread tension wheel does not work, as a few other reviewers have also pointed out. I have tried all settings and all stitches, and I have the same problem. I have just unpacked the machine, and I was just testing the stitches up and down a simple muslin material. It worked nicely ... Read more Brother XL-3750 Convertible reviews | ||

| Review by Lanae (PA) 2010-04-08 I USED to enjoy my Singer 7442 I got at Walmart a year ago, but ever since the LED light bulb went out, I've changed my mind. The machine light is SUPPOSED to last for 100,000 HOURS, however, mine didn't. I emailed the company only to get the reply that I needed to take the machine to a repair center and perhaps, the repair "assembly repair/replace... Read more Singer 7442 Electronic reviews | ||

| Review by Sonia P. Gaither (Nashville, TN) 2010-07-22 First I want to say this: this is a very beginner machine. If you want to learn to sew, this is great. It's very easy to understand. It's a good little machine. I had mine for almost 2 years before I upgraded to a janome and became a better sewist. I've had zero problems with mine. It's a bit noisy, and you need a mat under it, so it doesn't shake ... Read more Brother LS2125I 10-Stitch reviews | ||

| Review by A. Pace (UT, USA) 2010-03-25 I have a brother XR-46 sewing machine, and this foot worked great with it. I also tried it on my friend's machine and it worked well with hers too. As long as you have a low-shank machine this foot will work for you. (If you take off your presser foot and there is still a long shank left in place, you have a low shank machine.) Ruffl... | Review by C. Carter (USA) 2010-04-15 I had never done free-motion quilting before I bought this. It was super easy to attach to my Brother sewing machine. It took me a little bit of practice to get the hang of it (I did stipple quilting on a baby quilt) but it wasn't that hard. It did make a squeaking noise while I sewed. I'm not sure if it was my machine or the foot. I recommend gett... Read more Distinctive Free-Motion Darning reviews | ||
